How long will it take for my order to reach me ?

Our orders are generally dispatched within 2-7 days. Once the order is dispatched the attempt to deliver the order is made within 4-5 business days. However the delivery time is completely dependent on the delivery location.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.

What if my order is incorrectly marked as DELIVERED?

If your order is marked as DELIVERED and you have not received the order, kindly contact us by raising a TICKET within 24 hrs from the date of the order being marked as DELIVERED.Beyond the mentioned time frame we will not be able to carry on any investigation into the case and will take the order as DELIVERED.

Which methods of payments can I use?

You can place the order on Prepaid mode or Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments through Card, Netbanking and UPI.

Are there any cancellation charges?

No, there won't be any cancelation charges.

How do I cancel my order?

For order cancellation, please raise a TICKET from your My Account Page shoensoul.com. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled if they are not shipped.

What is the cancellation policy at shoeNsoul?

Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.

What’s the return/exchange window?

You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

What if I receive adamaged/wrong product?

Please inform us within 24 hours with photos (product + packaging)
After verification, we’ll arrange a free pickup & replacement at no extra cost
