At Shoe n Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return and exchange process.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 2 Days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or as final sale may not be eligible for return.
ELIGIBILTY FOR RETURN :
Returns are accepted only for DEFECTIVE , DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT received.
EXCHANGE POLICY :
A. Exchange are only allowed if there is any size issue.
B. We reserve to decline the request if the product is DAMAGED , USED OR WITHOUT TAGS.
C. We provide exchange only ONCE so ensure the selected size correct.
D. Exchange charges are 100 Rs to 200 Rs as we rely on the third party delivery partners. These charges cover the reverse pickup and delivery of the new product.
E. The exchange product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned product.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Refunds
We maintain a strict no REFUND policy for all the products however, we may make exceptions in the following cases:
A. If the product is not received or get lost in transit.
B. if the wrong product is delivered.
C. if the product gets damaged during shipping ( Unboxing video will be required in that case )
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
